Overview of RFP Process
Pursuant to Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission (WUTC) rules (WAC 480-107), PSE filed a Request for Proposals for All Generation Sources (All Source RFP) and a Request for Proposals for Electric and Gas Demand Side Resources (Energy Efficiency RFP) on January 11, 2008.
