Puget Sound Energy is seeking qualified proposals for the design, engineering, procurement, supply, installation, commissioning, and testing of a fully integrated and operational 500 kW solar renewable energy system for its Wild Horse wind power project located in Ellensburg, Washington.

The 50 kW solar facility near the operations center will interconnect to Circuit No.8. There will be a 34.5 kV – 480 V transformer (not shown in the drawing) that will interconnect to JB 8/2. The solar facility will interconnect into this transformer on the 480 V side.
The 450 kW located at Quarry 1 will interconnect at 34.5 kV on Circuit No.10 at "Pole B." PSE will supply this transformer, but installation of the transformer remains in the scope of the contractor. The interconnection details will be designed with the contractor after the award of the contract.
