PSE is committed to employee development. Employees discuss their career aspirations with their managers, receive honest feedback and set annual development goals. PSE supports employee development with on-site workshops led by the best training professionals. In 2007 over 900 PSE employees took advantage of the 77 company provided workshops covering effective communication, management development, career planning and software skills.

Leadership Training

Managing in today's complex organizations is tough. Managers at PSE get the training they need to succeed. Leaders at all levels are supported in their development through coaching and mentoring, 360 feedback, and skills training in areas like strategic decision making, managing performance and business acumen.

Tuition reimbursement

Eligible employees receive tuition reimbursement up to $3,500 per year for business related college tuition.
