December 14-15 windstorm
Puget Sound Energy (PSE) has examined its performance during the record-breaking December 14-15, 2006 windstorm, seeking customer and employee feedback through focus groups, telephone and Web surveys, and internal debriefings.
In early 2007, PSE contracted with a consulting firm to provide an independent 5-month review of the utility's practices.
